Job Summary

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in IBM MQ, IIB (ACE), and RabbitMQ to support critical Support & Operations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing escalations, resolving production issues, and ensuring high system availability while adhering to SLAs and quality standards.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • IBM MQ
    • IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise (ACE)

  • Experience in incident management, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA), and SLA-driven environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills (RCA, trend analysis)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
