We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in IBM MQ, IIB (ACE), and RabbitMQ to support critical Support & Operations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing escalations, resolving production issues, and ensuring high system availability while adhering to SLAs and quality standards.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Experience in incident management, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA), and SLA-driven environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills (RCA, trend analysis)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
