Job Title: Digital Communication Platform Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Communication Platform Support Engineer to join our team for a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the global deployment and ongoing support of a digital signage platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the global deployment of a digital signage platform.
  • Provide post go-live support, including ticket support for all user issues.
  • Perform post-installation configuration and support of Digital Signage display devices.
  • Conduct daily monitoring to ensure all devices are operational.
  • Interact with local IT support teams to confirm issue resolution and update user lists/device owners.
  • Create, execute, and validate test plans for platform software upgrades.
  • Manage account setup and permission creation for new users.
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation.
  • Train new users on content management system software, including logins, adding slides, and managing content.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a digital signage (e.g., Poppulo, Appspace) or internal communication platform (intranet).
  • 3+ years of experience creating and executing test plans for digital signage platforms.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors to resolve escalated issues.
  • Proven ability in providing support and communicating with non-technical users.
  • Experience with change management and governance.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $35 – $35 per year
