Job Description: SAP ABAP HANA Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on HANA technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs and solutions.
- Develop and maintain Data Dictionary Objects, including tables, views, domains, data elements, search helps, and lock objects.
- Create and optimize ALV reports using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) approaches.
- Develop Module Pool programs, Function Modules, and BAPIs.
- Implement BADIs, user exits, and enhancement spots to customize SAP functionalities.
- Develop and maintain SAP forms using SAP Smartforms and Adobe Forms.
- Utilize conversion techniques such as BDCs and LSMW for data migration.
- Develop CDS views using HANA Studio and OData Gateway services.
- Leverage development expertise with S/4 HANA.
- Act as a technical consultant, identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
- Translate business function requirements into technical specifications for coding, testing, and debugging.
- Develop code, documents, and execute unit tests, system integration tests, and user acceptance tests.
- Perform performance tuning to optimize the performance of various functions.
- Collaborate with other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
- Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
- Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
- Provide operational support, including work during change windows and on-call support as required.
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Handle RICEF objects, including custom transactions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in Data Dictionary Objects (Tables, Views, Domains, Data Elements, Search Help, Lock Objects).
- Proficiency in Report programming with ALV using Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with Module Pool Programming, Function Modules, and BAPIs.
- Strong experience in implementing BADIs, user exits, and enhancement spots.
- Skilled in SAP Smartforms and Adobe Forms development.
- Experience with conversion techniques like BDCs and LSMW.
- Expertise in CDS views using HANA Studio and OData Gateway services.
- Development expertise with S/4 HANA.
- Strong programming skills and hands-on in-line syntax.
- Ability to multitask and manage deliverables and projects.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Working knowledge in OOPs/ Odata/ Webdynpro.
- Experience with CDS views using HANA Studio, OData Gateway services.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
