About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, test strategy development, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform regression testing, performance testing, and security testing as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Communicate test progress, results, and risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
