Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead with at least 12+ years of IT experience, including 5-8 years of direct experience with Salesforce customizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Service Cloud, with a mandatory requirement for experience in Financial Service Cloud. This role involves providing technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies, as well as delivering architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
- Deliver architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams for implementation.
- Lead a workstream or act as a team lead, managing complex components of the work plan/project.
- Possess 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
- Demonstrate experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
- Showcase ability in defining new architectures and driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
- Skilled in building client relationships and in practice development activities.
- Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Salesforce Technical Certifications are highly desirable.
Required Experience:
- 13+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience working on Salesforce customizations.
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Financial Service Cloud is required.
- 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
