Job Description:

ServiceNow Developer / Architect SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM (formerly PPM) implementations.
  • Understanding of project portfolio management, financial tracking, and resource planning.
  • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow SPM (formerly PPM) capabilities.
  • Design solutions for portfolio planning, demand management, project tracking, and resource management.
  • Partner with PMO, finance, and leadership teams to align technology with business priorities.
  • Configure dashboards, reporting, and forecasting tools for executive visibility.
  • Improve governance and standardization across project and portfolio processes.
  • Provide architectural input on scaling SPM across the enterprise.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript, Glide, integrations).
  • Experience with platform architecture and scalable design.
  • Ability to work in greenfield and transformation environments.
  • Comfortable owning workstreams, not just executing tickets.
  • Strong communication skills, these roles interact heavily with business stakeholders.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $95 per year (Estimated)
