Job Summary: Network Engineer

The Network Support and SRE team is seeking a seasoned Wireless Network SRE to enhance network operations, minimize manual labor, and achieve Service Level Objectives (SLOs). This role focuses on owning the operational aspect of the wireless infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability. The SRE will partner with architecture, tooling, and deployment teams, advocate for and implement automation, and monitor network performance. The role requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in wireless site reliability engineering, wireless network operations, or related areas. Expert-level knowledge in wireless protocols (802.11ac, 802.11ax), surrounding technologies (WPA, Radius, EAP, 802.1X), and WLAN controllers (especially Mist) is essential. Strong familiarity with RF design and troubleshooting, network technologies (TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, VPN, L2 switching), and programming/scripting skills (Python, Perl, Bash) are also required.

Job Summary: Senior ServiceNow Developer – CSM
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep Customer Service Management (CSM) expertise to design, build, and optimize solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role will lead development for CSM workflows, integrations, and automation to deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions aligned with business outcomes and platform best practices. You will partner closely with product owners, architects, admins, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements across case management, service operations, knowledge, omnichannel engagement, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
