Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Oracle SCM Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle ERP SCM modules, strong techno-functional leadership, and excellent architectural acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading SCM-related projects from design to delivery and will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the core Supply Chain team to learn and align with domain flows.
  • Lead and execute SCM-related projects from design to delivery.
  • Drive architecture discussions and provide thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across teams and vendors as if you were a team member.
  • Mentor and guide junior resources when required.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle ERP SCM workflows.
  • Understand the Oracle ERP ecosystem and integration patterns.
  • Guide solution design and ensure scalability and robustness.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Be willing to roll up sleeves and execute tasks when needed.
  • Stay familiar with AI and modern tech stacks to enhance SCM processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years in Oracle ERP SCM domain, with at least 5+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is preferred.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs).
  • Telecom or large enterprise experience is a plus.
  • Mandatory Skills: Excellent Communication skill, SCM Domain Expertise (Inventory, OM, Procurement).
  • Deep Oracle SCM Domain Expertise: Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership: Strong functional consulting skills with Oracle ERP SCM modules. Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows.
  • Architectural & Technical Acumen: Understand Oracle ERP ecosystem and integration patterns. Guide solution design and ensure scalability.
  • Customer-Facing Leadership: Lead discussions with stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and represent interests.
  • Hands-On Delivery: Willing to roll up sleeves and execute tasks when needed.
  • Innovation Mindset: Familiarity with AI and modern tech stacks to enhance SCM processes.
