About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Sr. Lead / Architect / Data Science Lead to define and drive the deployment of agentic AI systems across our organization. This role is crucial for maximizing efficiency and fostering innovation through advanced AI solutions. You will oversee the design of multi-agent systems, ensuring they can collaborate, negotiate, and adapt to dynamic environments. Establishing guardrails for safe, transparent, and responsible AI use is paramount. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to embed agentic AI into workflows, tools, and customer-facing platforms. This leadership position requires guiding cross-functional teams, evangelizing AI adoption, and mentoring AI engineers and researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategy and vision for deploying agentic AI systems across the organization.
- Oversee the architecture and design of multi-agent systems, ensuring collaborative capabilities and adaptability.
- Establish governance and ethical guidelines for the safe, transparent, and responsible use of AI.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate agentic AI into existing systems and platforms.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting AI adoption and best practices.
- Evangelize AI solutions and drive innovation within the company.
Technical Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, including reinforcement learning, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong background in systems design and distributed computing.
- Experience designing and building Agentic Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the GCP technology stack.
- Understanding of human-AI collaboration and organizational change management.
- Ability to balance technical innovation with risk management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecom domain is preferable.
Location:
- Basking Ridge, NJ (3 days per week onsite)
Special Requirements
3 days/Week onsite, GCP technology stack, telecom domain preferable
Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
