Job Summary:
Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a Zendesk Architect/Senior Developer for an onsite contract position in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves conducting a detailed audit of the current Zendesk configuration, assessing readiness for AI capabilities, and developing strategic recommendations for optimization. The ideal candidate will act as a solutions lead, engaging with stakeholders and clearly communicating technical insights.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed audit and assessment of the current Zendesk configuration and workflows.
- Assess the readiness of the configuration for the implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities.
- Develop insights, recommendations, and plans to optimize architecture, performance, utilization, and resulting data outputs.
- Act as a solutions lead to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on technical recommendations.
- Clearly communicate findings and strategic insights.
- Concentrate on strategy, architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with Zendesk configuration and workflows.
- Familiarity with Zendesk AI capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 Months
