Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Varicent ICM Developer / Analyst with 5+ years of IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Varicent ICM solutions, analyzing complex business data, and supporting production go-lives for enterprise-level ICM projects. This role requires strong SQL skills and experience in functional testing of incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Varicent ICM solutions (ICM 10.1 and IBM ICM 9.0.2).
- Analyze complex business data and validate large datasets using SQL queries.
- Develop and execute test cases, manage defects, and ensure the accuracy of incentive calculations.
- Participate in functional testing for incentive compensation programs.
- Support production go-lives for enterprise-level ICM projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize ICM applications on cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Varicent ICM applications.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of IT experience in Varicent ICM 10.1 or IBM ICM 9.0.2.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and analysis.
- Experience in designing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects.
- Experience in functional testing of incentive compensation programs.
- Hands-on experience supporting production go-lives for enterprise ICM implementations.
- Ability to design and implement ICM applications both on cloud and on-premise environments.
