Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow BSA to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Convert business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
  • Develop process flows, conceptual designs, and documentation.
  • Maintain functional design specifications, documentation, and test plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related initiatives.
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Create and execute test plans and UAT activities.
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with business leaders, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Provide training and post-deployment support to users.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and ITIL best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
  • Expertise in Business Analysis and requirement management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including 5+ years focused on ServiceNow implementations.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
