Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ESRI ARC GIS Consultant with a strong background in GIS application testing to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves testing various GIS applications, including web and mobile-based platforms, and providing technical assistance to troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GIS application testing, test plan preparation, and familiarity with testing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in testing GIS Applications using ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, GE Smallworld etc.
- Experience in technical assistance to help troubleshoot GIS Web/Desktop applications.
- Experience in testing GIS Mobile based applications.
- Experience in preparing test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
- Ensure the quality and performance of GIS applications meet project requirements.
- Work with JIRA/HPALM for defect tracking and test case management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of GIS applications testing experience.
- Proficiency in testing GIS applications using ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, GE Smallworld etc.
- Experience in testing automation using Selenium or similar test automation tools is desirable.
- Experience in JIRA/HPALM.
- Experience in AWS cloud is desirable.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in preparing test plans and test cases.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $134,400 – $134,400 per year
