About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and scale enterprise-grade AI agents and LLM-powered systems for real-world use cases across automation, analytics, and developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build AI agents & multi-agent systems using Python.
- Design Copilot-style solutions leveraging the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
- Implement LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tools & evaluation frameworks.
- Define end-to-end AI architecture with a focus on scale, security & reliability.
- Build and operate MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
- Integrate enterprise systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Required Skills and Experience:
- &+ years in Software / Platform Engineering.
- 23+ years hands-on with Applied AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Strong Python and system design skills.
- Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Azure Foundry.
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot, vector DBs, Docker, AKS/Kubernetes.
Additional Information:
This is a contract position located in Redmond, WA. The role requires the candidate to be local and ready to work in the PST time zone. The company is Delta System & Software, Inc.
