Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead solution architecture and delivery for enterprise-level ServiceNow programs. This role requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including its core modules and advanced capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture for new ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
  • Produce high-level and detailed designs (HLD/LLD), integration patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Govern end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for configuration and development across Incident, Change, Service Requests, and CMDB.
  • Develop solutions using Flow Designer/Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Notifications.
  • Configure and manage Service Portal / UI Builder as needed.
  • Oversee data imports, Transform Maps, and Performance Analytics/Reporting configurations.
  • Set standards for scoping, estimation, sprint planning, and release governance within Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Design and implement CMDB governance, discovery, and service mapping at scale.
  • Develop performance analytics, reporting strategies, and operational dashboards.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, manage stakeholders, and provide delivery governance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on architecting and implementing solutions.
  • 5+ years in a lead architect or technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations (greenfield and/or transformation).
  • Solid understanding of software delivery practices: Agile, CI/CD concepts, testing strategies, and release management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with one or more of the following modules: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, FSM.
  • Experience designing CMDB governance, discovery, and service mapping at scale.
  • Experience with performance analytics, reporting strategy, and operational dashboards.
  • Consulting background with experience in requirements facilitation, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
  • Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position with an estimated 20% travel requirement.
  • Candidates must be local to Dallas, TX.
  • The contract duration is 12 months or longer.
  • Rate: $80/hr C2C.
