Job Overview: ServiceNow MDM Solution Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow MDM Solution Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering product-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focused on Master Data Management (MDM). This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the ServiceNow platform to develop robust, product-grade solutions for MDM.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Certified Master Architects/Certified Technology Architects (CMA/CTA) to design and implement complex modules.
  • Support and augment the capacity of CMA/CTA as needed, under their guidance, to meet project objectives.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of high-end ServiceNow-based solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience developing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on MDM or similar enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Owners and technical architects (CMA/CTA) on complex solution design and delivery.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Overview: Oracle Fusion

Incumbent will be leading month/quarter/year-end financial closing meetings from IT side. He/She will be engaged in ongoing Oracle cloud migration project. Documenting all the re-occurring issues, finding the RCA and get them fixed permanently. Our team continually innovates to deliver digital solutions to support complex, dynamic operations.

Qualifications:

  • BS/B.Tech or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT.
  • 8+ years of experience Oracle Cloud Fusion (Finance)
  • Extensive working knowledge in Oracle Fusion financials Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management and Fixed Assets modules.
  • 5+ years experience in leading month end financial closings from IT side.
  • Organizational and planning skills including scheduling

Detailed Job Description:

  • Extensively working on Oracle Finance including conversions, migrations, client configuration, code customization, reports creation etc.
  • Extensively worked on Interfaces, Conversions and Migrations.
  • Worked extensively on Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger.
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering, Functional Studies, Testing, and Application Maintenance on Oracle EBS.
  • Active participation in review and gap analyses in R12 Upgrade, functional/process requirement gathering, and technical design.
  • Extensively worked on XML publisher reports and WEBADI.
  • Experience in Handling Production Issues and solving defects.
  • Adept in database languages SQL, PL/SQL and in writing and debugging queries, stored procedures, packages, views, triggers and functions using SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with various tools like Oracle Forms (Customizations and personalization) and Development of new XML Reports using different reporting tools like Oracle Report Builder, BI Publisher, PVCS, WINSCP.
  • Constantly working towards developing skills in the latest emerging technologies.
  • Good Communication skills, programming, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.

Job Overview: Python Airflow Engineer

A skilled Python developer with Airflow expertise to optimize workflows and support application teams. Candidates must understand CICD processes, but deep expertise is not required. Interviewees should be familiar with core Airflow concepts and dynamic DAG generation. Emphasize the ability to optimize existing systems and recognize inefficiencies in workflows. Expect candidates to assist application teams while handling Airflow cluster administration.

Job Summary:

The Airflow DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing data-driven workflows that power key business operations. This role centers on building and enhancing pipelines using Apache Airflow, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across the organization. By combining strong technical expertise with an understanding of business processes, the engineer supports both day-to-day orchestration needs and long-term strategic initiatives. This hybrid position requires a blend of DevOps practices, automation skills, and data workflow management to drive continuous improvement and enable informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • A strong Python developer with deep Airflow expertise is needed to optimize workflows, support application teams, and ensure efficient DAG development.
  • The ideal candidate should understand core Airflow concepts, including dynamic DAG generation, and be capable of identifying inefficiencies within existing systems to drive meaningful improvements. While familiarity with CICD processes is expected, advanced specialization is not required.
  • In addition to development responsibilities, the role also involves assisting application teams and contributing to Airflow cluster administration.

Certifications Required:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Apache Airflow Certification

Special Requirements

Onsite – 5 days a week for Oracle Fusion role. Remote for ServiceNow MDM Solution Developer and Python Airflow Engineer. In-person interview for DevOps Engineer (JOB_ID_4610).


Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
