Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist with a strong focus on ERP systems, specifically Aptean Full Circle ERP. This role is crucial for providing hands-on support for the Aptean Full Circle ERP application, ensuring its smooth operation and stability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Retail/Apparel domain and possess expertise in SCM & Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level application support for Aptean Full Circle ERP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to the ERP system.
- Support key modules including Purchase Order (PO) Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration with dependent systems.
- Monitor ERP system performance and stability, implementing measures to maintain optimal operation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and system enhancements.
- Document issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6-8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on ERP application support.
- Hands-on experience with Aptean Full Circle ERP is mandatory.
- Strong experience in the Retail/Apparel domain.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Inventory Management.
- Proven experience supporting key ERP modules: Purchase Order (PO) Processing, Order Management, Inventory Management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both functional and technical issues.
- Experience working in production/application support environments.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and systems.
- Good understanding of ERP system performance monitoring and stability best practices.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $105,440 – $115,200 per year (Estimated)
