Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled BizTalk Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust integration solutions. This role involves working with various systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Development: Design and implement BizTalk solutions including schemas, maps, orchestrations, and pipelines using Visual Studio.
- Integration: Utilize WCF, REST/SOAP, and SQL adapters to connect varied systems, including EDI transactions.
- Maintenance & Support: Monitor BizTalk environments, troubleshoot suspended messages, and debug performance issues.
- Database Work: Perform SQL Server tasks, including creating stored procedures, queries, and managing BAM (Business Activity Monitoring).
- Collaboration: Work with architects, testers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Required Technical Skills
- Core: Strong proficiency in Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013 R2 and newer).
- Languages: .NET (C#), XML, XSLT.
- Tools: Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio.
- Protocols: SOAP, REST, WCF.
Optional/Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus) is often a plus.
Experience Required
6-8 years of relevant experience.
