Job Description: Service Now Tester
We are seeking a skilled Service Now Tester with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing ServiceNow upgrades. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. You will be responsible for testing custom applications on the NOW platform and will utilize automation testing tools such as ATF, Selenium, and Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow upgrades and new implementations.
- Test and validate ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM functionalities.
- Execute test cases for custom applications developed on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ATF, Selenium, and Java.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience testing ServiceNow upgrades.
- At least 2 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Experience testing custom applications on the NOW platform.
- Proficiency in automation testing using ATF, Selenium, and Java.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
