About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Webex with ATT solutions. This role involves owning the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Webex with ATT offerings.
- Drive feature prioritization using user feedback, market trends, and product analytics.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact products.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and product financials, including profitability.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Webex, SaaS, or collaboration tools.
- Deep understanding of hosted voice, UCaaS, and the Webex ecosystem.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Desired experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with product management for web services and digital platforms.
- Total experience required: 8-10 years.
