Job Description: Front-End Shopify Developer (Shopify Must)
Our client, a leading company in the building automation and smart building technology space, is seeking a Senior Front-End Shopify Developer to help lead the development of their customer-facing digital and eCommerce platforms. This role will focus on building and scaling modern front-end experiences on Shopify Plus, integrating with backend systems and APIs, and improving performance, personalization, and user experience across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own front-end architecture across eCommerce and web platforms, including Shopify Plus.
- Develop responsive interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and internal systems.
- Improve site performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile-first experience.
- Build landing pages, forms, and digital campaign workflows.
- Support A/B testing, personalization, and digital experience optimization.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver new digital capabilities.
Required Experience:
- 8-10+ years of front-end development experience.
- Strong experience with Shopify Plus development.
- Expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
- Experience building front-end architecture for eCommerce platforms.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot or WordPress.
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows or CI/CD.
- Agency or consulting experience.

Special Requirements
Hybrid Onsite (M-Th Onsite, Friday Work from Home). US Citizen or Green Card Only (No Sponsorship). NO OPT EADs, NO STEM visas. Live ID Verification Mandatory. Two direct manager references with Public LinkedIn profiles required. Local Candidate Representation is critical.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
