Job Overview
We are seeking a technical consultant with strong SQL skills to support financial data reconciliation and end-to-end testing across sales, payment, and accounting systems. The role focuses on validating data flows between Azure-based data platforms, sales reconciliation applications, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Deep Oracle ERP expertise is not required, but experience with financial data validation and testing is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation testing for financial and sales data.
- Validate integrations between accounting systems, Azure Enterprise Data Lake, and Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL postings).
- Use SQL to compare transaction-level and aggregated sales data.
- Reconcile credit card settlement data.
- Execute test scenarios and support SOX documentation (nice to have).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Document testing procedures and results.
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL expertise.
- Experience with financial data reconciliation or testing.
- Understanding of GL and subledger data flows.
- Experience working with data lakes or cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (integration/testing focus only).
- Credit card or payment reconciliation experience.
- SOX testing experience.
Special Requirements
3 to 4 days onsite in a week
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
