Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Delivery Leader to manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and timelines.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of project deliverables to meet the required standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Expertise in handling complex E2E implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of QA experience with 10+ years of management exposure.
  • Experience as a Test Director overseeing and managing complex projects within a portfolio.
  • Proven ability to manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience aligning client’s strategic goals with program delivery, including Test Automation, Gen AI, and Data Strategy.
  • Experience with Change Management & adoption for processes, strategies, and tools.
  • Ability to champion transformation and innovation across the enterprise.
  • Experience developing, managing program budgets, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, program coordination, hosting calls with business executives, and client handling capabilities.
  • Flexible in support.

Domain Expertise:

  • General Insurance domain expertise is a PLUS.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Charlotte, NC
