Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Solution Architect Lead Consultant for a contract position in Marlborough, MA. This role requires extensive expertise in SAP Financials and a proven track record of leading complex SAP implementations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Finance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Financials modules, including FI, CO, Treasury, Tax, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, fit-to-standard SAP configurations and solutions.
• Oversee and manage the integration of SAP with other enterprise applications such as Coupa, Concur, bank connectivity systems, tax engines, and BI/analytics tools.
• Ensure deep understanding and adherence to end-to-end financial processes, including R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), financial close, treasury operations, accounting, and compliance.
• Act as a principal functional expert and solution architect throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices in financial management.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Financials within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or Principal Functional Expert on SAP Finance projects.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in multiple SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, Treasury, Tax, AP/AR, Asset Accounting & Cost Accounting).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, financial close, treasury operations, accounting, and compliance.
• Experience integrating SAP with other applications (e.g., Coupa, Concur, bank connectivity, tax engines, BI/analytics tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, fit-to-standard SAP solutions.
