Job Description: Reltio MDM Developer
The Reltio MDM Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio Cloud platform. This role focuses on hands-on build activities, data integration, data quality rules, and ensuring reliable master data delivery for business and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Reltio entities, attributes, crosswalks, match/merge rules, survivorship, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and publishing pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors.
- Implement data quality rules, validation logic, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand master data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of MDM configurations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Reltio MDM platform performance, data integrity, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with Reltio platform updates and best practices in Master Data Management.
- Document configurations, development efforts, and support procedures.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards.
- Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM processes and solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of MDM solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Reltio MDM environment.
- Support data migration activities as needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Reltio MDM capabilities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to MDM data quality and usage.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new MDM features and functionalities.
- Contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and hands-on experience with the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: $50 – $70 per year
