About the Role
We are seeking a skilled OCI – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Developer to join our team. This is an onsite position located in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud solution development, with a specific focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications and services on OCI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Utilize OCI services such as Compute, Networking, Storage, Autonomous DB, OKE, Data Flow, and Data Integration.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
- Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions adhere to cloud architecture best practices and OCI Well-Architected Framework.
- Integrate cloud services with existing systems and third-party applications using REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OCI services and cloud technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in cloud solution development.
- 3+ years of specific experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong hands-on experience with OCI services: Compute, Networking, Storage, Autonomous DB, OKE, Data Flow, Data Integration.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, OCI Well-Architected).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and YAML.
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- OCI Professional Architect or Developer certification.
- Experience with multi-cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP with OCI).
- Background in ERP/SaaS integrations (Oracle Fusion Cloud, NetSuite, SAP).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes on OCI).
- Experience with cloud cost management tools (Cloud Guard, Cost Analysis).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
