- Strong experience in Program Management, Project Management, and Business Planning
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and program management standards
- Ability to set up and manage program management tools, processes, and reporting structures
- Experience running program governance, compliance monitoring, and execution assurance
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives across sales, operations, and technology teams
- Experience supporting Sales operations programs and strategic business initiatives
- Ability to drive execution of complex programs across multiple stakeholders
- Experience building and managing program management frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools and AI-driven automation use cases to improve internal processes
- Experience identifying AI-driven opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working in high-tech or technology-driven business environments
