About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Program Manager to lead a significant portfolio of utility projects, estimated at approximately $200 million+. This role offers exceptional leadership exposure and promises long-term career stability within a major client organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, specifically within the Electric Utilities sector, and a proven track record of managing large-scale project portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support and leadership for the Utility Company’s project portfolio.
- Oversee the entire project pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and safety standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive project performance, optimize resource planning, and champion delivery excellence across all initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project and program objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate effective team collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of Program Management experience, with a significant portion focused within the Electric Utilities industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex project portfolios with budgets exceeding $50M+.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month as needed for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
