Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance Human Capital Management processes within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP HCM modules and experience working closely with HR teams to implement and support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements
- Translate business needs into SAP HCM functional specifications and system configurations
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support integrations with other SAP modules such as FI, SuccessFactors, and third-party HR systems
- Provide documentation, user support, and training as needed
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing production support
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and functional support
- Experience with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Experience working in hybrid or client-facing environments
Special Requirements
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days per week in the office
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: San Francisco, Sacramento, CA
