Job Title: PEOPLESOFT FINANCIALS AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) systems, focusing on IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs) within a hybrid work environment in Irving, Texas.
Technical Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Compliance and SOX experience, with a strong emphasis on ITGCs and ITACs.
- In-depth expertise in PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM), including its security modules, batch/job processing functionalities, and process monitor capabilities.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying Oracle and SQL Server databases to efficiently extract audit evidence and data.
- Solid technical understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems to facilitate the retrieval of system logs and configurations for audit purposes.
- Prior experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools such as SailPoint or CyberArk is essential.
- A comprehensive understanding of change management processes, data integrity principles, and disaster recovery controls is required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute and meticulously validate SOX controls for the PeopleSoft ERP system and the Financial Data Warehouse (FDW).
- Proactively extract and document all necessary technical audit evidence, including SQL queries, system logs, and screenshots, to support internal and external auditors.
- Lead audit walkthrough sessions and serve as the primary technical point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
- Actively track and manage the remediation of identified control deficiencies and audit observations, ensuring their timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all technical documentation to guarantee that all system changes are compliant with regulations and fully traceable.
