Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hightouch SME to support our client’s migration from SFMC SQL-based segmentation to Hightouch for audience creation, customer unification, and activation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data schema design, identity resolution, trait/attribute creation, and audience building workflows within CDP platforms.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Data Modeling & Unification
- Design and implement data models and schemas within Hightouch to support customer unification and downstream segmentation.
- Configure and optimize identity resolution and data unification workflows. Translate existing SFMC SQL-based logic into Hightouch’s data modeling framework.
- 2. Trait / Attribute Creation
- Build traits in Hightouch (equivalent to Calculated Insights in Salesforce Data Cloud).
- Define and maintain derived fields, computed attributes, and customer-level metrics.
- 3. Audience Segmentation & Migration
- Create audiences/segments in Hightouch using relevant filters and business logic.
- Migrate existing SFMC SQL segments into Hightouch gradually, ensuring functional parity and improved efficiency.
- Address Hightouch limitations with creative solutions and optimized workflows.
- 4. Collaboration & Platform Support
- Work directly with Hightouch platform support when required for troubleshooting or advanced feature enablement.
- Partner with client architects and business teams to understand segmentation needs and translate them into scalable Hightouch configurations.
- 5. Enhancement & Configuration Management
- Enhance the existing Hightouch setup to support additional segments, traits, and data sources.
- Implement best practices across ingestion, modeling, trait creation, and audience activation.
- 6. Documentation & Governance
- Develop complete documentation for data models, schemas, traits, workflows, and segment logic from scratch.
Technical Skill:
- Strong experience with Hightouch (Mandatory) – data modeling, traits, audiences, destinations.
- Expertise in SQL and prior experience building audiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Solid understanding of CDP concepts, including: identity resolution, customer unification, segmentation & calculated insights/traits.
- Experience with data architecture and designing scalable schemas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Hightouch in an enterprise environment.
- 6-9 years of experience in data engineering, marketing technology, or CDP platforms.
- Experience migrating segmentation logic from legacy systems to modern CDPs.
- Background in Salesforce ecosystem – Plus.
Special Requirements
Visa status during entry (mandatory)(Exempt for USC/ GC)
Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $110 per year
