Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager with a strong background in Enovia to lead and manage complex PLM projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical understanding, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven solutions within PLM programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PLM/AI projects across all phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and customer representatives to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Enovia within the PLM framework.
- Integrate AI-driven project solutions or AI-enabled components into PLM programs.
- Apply DevOps principles and practices to project management workflows.
- Utilize Predictive Analytics to enhance project planning and execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to all relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in PLM environments, specifically with Enovia.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven project solutions or AI-enabled components within PLM programs.
- Strong understanding and application of DevOps principles.
- Proficiency in Predictive Analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
