Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Lead Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications. This role requires hands-on experience with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent Force, along with strong technical and leadership capabilities. The position is onsite in Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-level Salesforce applications, including reports, workflows, and custom objects.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices through code development, review, and certification.
  • Develop and maintain custom code, triggers, and components within the Salesforce platform.
  • Work extensively with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent Force functionalities.
  • Perform business analysis to understand business problems and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Manage user roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large, matrix organization environment.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
  • Strong communication, technical, and virtual collaboration skills are essential.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of extensive Design and Development experience in Salesforce.
  • Developer II certification is required.
  • Must have hands-on working experience on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent Force.
  • Experience with enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications.
  • Proficiency in developing and reviewing code to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Experience working with Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs is a plus.
  • Strong Business Analysis skills to understand business problems and propose technical solutions.
  • Experience in maintaining multiple user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.
  • Excellent communication, technical, and virtual collaboration skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hartford, CT
