Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors IT Consultant. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in relevant SuccessFactors modules and a deep understanding of HR processes. The consultant will play a key role in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions, particularly focusing on Benefits implementation in the USA.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Possess extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors IT Consultant.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in core SuccessFactors modules, including Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.
  • Have prior experience supporting Benefits implementation specifically within the USA.
  • Be capable of translating complex HR business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Showcase hands-on experience with SAP configuration, customization, and integration processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and product owners.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, stakeholder discussions, and knowledge transfer sessions is essential.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global team environment.
  • Candidates with proven SuccessFactors implementation experience and a solid functional understanding of HR processes will be highly preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
