Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead critical initiatives. This is a remote position with a duration of 6-18 months, offering potential for extension. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience and a strong background in educational leadership and program management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic program plans, including scope, risk, and resource management.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee program execution, monitor progress, and report on key performance indicators.
- Ensure successful delivery of program objectives within defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive program success and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing. (11+ Years)
- Experience leading clinical practices for students pursuing a degree in education. (5+ Years)
- Bachelors degree or related field or equivalent experience. (15+ Years)
- MS Office + MS Project or other Project Management software. (11+ Years)
- Experience working in a University setting within a School or College of Education. (11+ Years)
- Previously held the title of Dean, Interim Dean, or Associate Dean at a University, focused on Education. (5+ Years)
- Experience creating and/or implementing a registered teacher apprenticeship. (2+ Years)
- Experience developing published resources for educator preparation providers and those creating teacher pipelines. (5+ Years)

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
