Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) professional to join our client’s team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of onsite and remote work.
Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications (Must-Have – Non-Negotiable)
- Deep LMS Administration, Configuration & Support: Primary focus on managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
- Compliance, Audit, and Governance: Ensure the LMS adheres to all relevant compliance, audit, and governance standards.
- Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality: Develop and maintain reports, analyze data, and ensure high data quality within the LMS.
- Integrations & Technical Enablement: Manage and troubleshoot integrations with other systems and provide technical support.
- Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective LMS solutions.
- Strong knowledge on life sciences domain and Regulatory knowledge: Experience in regulated environments is crucial.
- Good Understanding on the CSV area, Compliance & Audits: Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
- 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Proven background operating in audit-driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar).
- Advanced expertise in:
- LMS security model (domains, roles, assignment profiles)
- SCORM/ape/AICC content debugging and tracking
- Learning history corrections and data governance
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around:
- Content launch/tracking issues
- User assignment problems
- Connector/SFTP/AICC issues
- Integration and sync errors
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform (RBP, BizX Admin Center).
- Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail critical for audit readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules beyond LMS (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, Platform).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/CMDB).
- Experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Experience in heavily regulated industries (healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, government).
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex technical challenges and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Special Requirements
Hybrid work environment. Experience in regulated industries (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA) is required. Strong knowledge of life sciences domain and regulatory knowledge is crucial. Familiarity with CSV area, Compliance & Audits.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
