Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee quality assurance activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure complete traceability across requirements, design, development, testing, and production using tools like RTMs, DELs, and ADO. You will be responsible for evaluating deliverables against contractual requirements and documented acceptance criteria, and maintaining effective governance of Agile ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete traceability across requirements, design, development, testing, and production using tools such as RTMs, DELs, and ADO.
- Evaluate deliverables and work products against contractual requirements and documented acceptance criteria.
- Maintain effective governance of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, previews, and reviews, to ensure alignment with approved scope.
- Utilize hands-on experience with ADO or similar tools to manage user stories, test cases, acceptance criteria, and deployments.
- Conduct verification and validation activities to confirm that deployed functionality meets documented requirements.
- Demonstrate strong audit and documentation skills, including tracking discrepancies, maintaining validation trackers, and producing required quality artifacts.
- Develop quality management frameworks, including guidelines, playbooks, and post-implementation audit processes.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), business SMEs, and program leadership to address quality issues and drive resolution.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to identify gaps, resolve misalignments, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance management.
- Proficiency with tools such as RTMs, DELs, and ADO.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
