Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sitecore DAM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, customizing, and integrating Sitecore Content Hub DAM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, content, and IT teams to ensure efficient digital asset management, governance, and seamless integration with other systems.

Job Summary:
The Sitecore DAM Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital asset management solutions using Sitecore Content Hub DAM. This includes configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support, ensuring assets are managed effectively and comply with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize Sitecore Content Hub DAM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage asset models, metadata schemas, taxonomies, and associated workflows.
- Customize DAM user interfaces, portals, and dashboards for optimal user experience.
- Configure permissions, roles, security settings, and asset governance rules to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain robust workflows for asset ingestion, review, approval, and publishing processes.
- Support bulk imports, asset transformations, rendition generation, and delivery profile configurations.
- Integrate Sitecore DAM with other key platforms such as Sitecore XM/XP/XM Cloud, CMS, MRM, or other marketing platforms.
- Integrate with third-party tools using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to translate DAM requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Sitecore Content Hub DAM development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, metadata modeling, taxonomy design, and workflow automation rules.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore Content Hub APIs and RESTful services, including JSON.
- Proven experience integrating DAM solutions with CMS, marketing automation, or creative tools.
- Understanding of digital asset governance, compliance, and branding standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Sitecore MRM, CMP, or Sitecore XM/XP.
- Relevant Sitecore certifications (Content Hub, CMS).
- Scripting or development experience in .NET, JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud-based DAM implementations.
- Exposure to marketing operations or creative workflows.
