Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Retail to join our team. This role involves providing extensive support for integration services, analyzing issues and their root causes, and understanding batch programs and interfaces within the Aptos Store Inventory Management System. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling high-priority incidents (P1/P2) until closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive support for Integration Services.
- Analyze issues and determine the root causes of problems.
- Understand batch programs and interfaces within the Aptos Store Inventory Management System.
- Handle high-priority incidents (P1/P2) from identification through to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the Retail sector.
- Proficiency in Digital technologies, including Python.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Understanding of batch programs and interfaces, specifically within the Aptos Store Inventory Management System.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve high-priority incidents effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
