Job Title: Actimize Support Engineer / Associate
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Actimize AIS, ActOne, and STAR modules, along with solid Oracle PL/SQL development skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting implementation, configuration, development, testing, and production support activities across Actimize components, ensuring stable integrations and efficient alert/case workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Actimize AIS configurations and deployments, supporting: Alert generation pipelines, Rule/model execution, System integrations
- Support and enhance ActOne: Configuration and workflows, Case management functionalities
- Configure and maintain STAR module: Module setup and mappings, Operational and support tasks
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL: Stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, Performance tuning and complex queries, Data transformations and validation
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting across: AIS, ActOne, and STAR components
- Work with upstream/downstream systems: Data ingestion and staging, Interface reconciliation
- Support testing activities: Unit Testing, SIT/UAT support, Defect triage and release validation
- Provide production support: Incident and problem management, Performance tuning, Job monitoring as per SLAs
- Create and maintain: Technical documentation, Runbooks and deployment guides
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Actimize AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server)
- Working knowledge of ActOne
- Exposure to STAR module
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Performance tuning, Complex queries, Stored procedures
- 9+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in Financial Crime Domain, including: AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Fraud
