Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead DevOps Engineer (Python) to design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern microservices-based architectures. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, troubleshooting expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high system reliability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, microservices architecture, and messaging systems
- 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows administration, including IIS
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible
- Familiarity with Nginx and web technologies including REST APIs, SPAs, and gRPC
- Strong experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Proficiency in Python and experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for system performance analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud-native solutions
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and best practices
- Experience implementing security standards and compliance frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $95 per year (Estimated)
