Job Summary
We have an immediate requirement for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a client project. Please review the details below and share suitable profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Expertise in Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with Service Portal development (Widgets, AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience UI framework.
- Familiarity with Service Catalog, Reporting, and Dashboards.
- Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) is preferred.
- Knowledge of NowAssist (GenAI) and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years in ServiceNow Development.
- Candidate must be local to Santa Clara, CA or ready to relocate from Day 1.
