Job Summary

We have an immediate requirement for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a client project. Please review the details below and share suitable profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
  • Expertise in Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
  • Experience with Service Portal development (Widgets, AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience UI framework.
  • Familiarity with Service Catalog, Reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NowAssist (GenAI) and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ Years in ServiceNow Development.
  • Candidate must be local to Santa Clara, CA or ready to relocate from Day 1.
