Job Description: Sr Siebel Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Siebel Developer with 12-18 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid work model, based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions, including OpenUI, EAI, and EAM components.
- Write efficient and complex SQL queries and scripts to support Siebel functionalities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Siebel with other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Siebel technologies and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Siebel development (12-18 years of experience)
- Siebel OpenUI
- Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
- Siebel EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
- Strong SQL skills
- Scripting (e.g., Siebel eScript, JavaScript)
- Experience with data migration and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the airline domain is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with other CRM or ERP systems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $156,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
