Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Celonis Data Modeler to join a high-profile engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing Celonis process mining solutions including data models, action flows, KPIs, and dashboards that drive meaningful operational insights across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Birmingham and London while working fully remotely from the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Celonis data models to support process mining initiatives
- Develop action flows to automate and trigger process improvements
- Define and implement KPIs aligned to business objectives and performance benchmarks
- Build and maintain interactive Celonis dashboards for business and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT architects
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities within the Celonis platform to enhance analytical outputs
- Support KYC process analysis and optimization where applicable
- Engage regularly with UK-based stakeholders (Birmingham/London) in a remote capacity
- Document solutions, data lineage, and technical design decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Celonis platform experience
- Strong proficiency in Celonis data modeling, OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining), and EMS
- Experience developing action flows, KPIs, and dashboards within Celonis
- Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within or alongside the Celonis platform
- Solid understanding of process mining concepts and process transformation
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
- Strong communication skills for engaging with senior, international stakeholders
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in financial services, specifically KYC or AML processes
- Prior consulting or client-delivery experience (Big 4, boutique consulting)
- Familiarity with Deutsche Bank systems or large-scale banking IT environments
- Celonis certification(s)

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year
