Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/Platinum level Project Manager to lead critical SAP migration and cutover activities. This role involves transitioning our client’s on-premise SAP applications to the RISE platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex SAP migrations, particularly with RISE, and experience leading global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of SAP migration and cutover projects to the RISE platform.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Oversee the execution of migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage global teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and escalations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure successful transition of migrated applications to the operational support team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliverables as required.
  • Adhere to best practices in project management and SAP implementation methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on SAP migrations.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP RISE migration projects, including various migration approaches.
  • Proven ability to manage global teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SAP on-premise applications and the transition to cloud-based solutions like RISE.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires 50% onsite presence in Pennsylvania.
  • Candidates must be located on the East Coast.
  • Project Duration: April 6, 2026 – September 26, 2026.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: PA
