Role: Workday Integration Senior Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday Integration Senior Lead to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex Workday integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various Workday modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.
  • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Design and develop complex reports required for integrations, ensuring thorough testing and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday integrations promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal departments to define business requirements and address pain points.
  • Contribute to and execute the data and analytics strategy for human resources within Workday.
  • Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Participate in knowledge capture sessions and assist in building delivery collateral for the team.
  • Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by identifying and implementing new features and workflows.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with Workday integrations, including expertise in APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector for Worker.
  • Experience with other Workday areas such as Procure-to-Pay and Accounting is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integration.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a lead role, managing integration projects.
  • Must be Workday Certified in Integration.
  • Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
  • Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year
