Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in billing and revenue management, particularly with subscription billing, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the billing function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with CFO and senior finance stakeholders to align billing strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Apply accounting standards (AASB15, ASC606) to service contracts, including those with time components and performance obligations.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Own and lead the billing function within the organization.
- Leverage US market experience to drive best practices.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
- Experience with billing and revenue management, specifically subscription billing.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards (AASB15, ASC606).
- Proven ability to work with CFO and senior finance stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to lead and own critical functions.
- US market experience is highly valued.
