Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts for a long-term opportunity in Irvine, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and identify/mitigate risks.
- Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business applications and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the financial industry is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week in Irvine, CA.
Employment Type
This is a long-term contract position, likely to be filled on a W2 basis.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
