Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Engineer
We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Integration Engineer for a long-term contract role with possible extensions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues related to MuleSoft APIs, data flows, schedules, and backend integrations. This role requires strong analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to MuleSoft APIs, data flows, schedules, and backend integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration failures involving AWS S3, SQS, SNS.
- Perform log analysis, reprocessing of messages, and environment-specific checks.
- Apply configuration fixes, mapping corrections, or minor code adjustments as needed.
- Validate integrations post-deployment during release cycles.
- Perform routine operational tasks: health checks, queue monitoring, retries, and cleanup.
- Work closely with the onsite Integration Lead for triage and direction.
- Provide timely updates in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Participate in RCA discussions and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
- Follow established SOPs, runbooks, and escalation guidelines.
- Ensure SLAs and quality expectations for support tickets are met.
- Support continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, and alerting.
Skills Required:
- 5 years in integration support or development.
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft DataWeave, connectors, flows, API policy basics.
- Basic understanding of AWS S3, SQS, SNS, or similar cloud services.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for logs, connectors, payloads, and error traces.
- Experience working in a ticketing-based support environment.
- Good communication skills to work with onsite leads.

Duration:
12+ Months Contract
Compensation:
The expected pay range for this role is $50-60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
