About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect to design and build end-to-end Generative AI solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in developing agentic workflows using cutting-edge technologies like LangChain and LangGraph. You will also be responsible for building robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and deploying scalable AI services on Google Vertex AI. This position offers a hybrid onsite work model, requiring 3 days per week at our Charlotte, NC location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions.
- Develop and implement agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Deploy and manage scalable AI services on Google Vertex AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of AI deployments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of dedicated experience building ML / Generative AI systems in production environments.
- Strong, hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in integrating and working with vector databases and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated experience with Google Vertex AI or other major cloud AI platforms.
- Solid skills in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
